Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
It must be in its original packaging (including shoe box and tags)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of use
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

You will be notified if your refund is approved or rejected
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 Business Days

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Incorrect item received
Wrong size
